Manchester United now face the task of finding a replacement for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer following the Norwegian’s departure on Sunday.

OGS was only officially relieved of his duties on Sunday morning, yet we have already seen several names linked with the Old Trafford post.

It has been reported that Manchester United are looking to test the waters with Ajax boss, Erik ten Hag:

This would then be followed by a claim that Cristiano Ronaldo wants Luis Enrique to be the new Man United boss, with that same report also linking Zinedine Zidane:

Then, in a fresh development, Sky Sports are now claiming that PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino is Manchester United’s no.1 choice to become their new manager next summer:

One man who would seemingly be happy with the latter of those reports is Sir Alex Ferguson.

The Scotsman is the greatest manager in Premier League history and United have not come close to matching the heights they achieved under SAF since he retired in 2013.

Now, according to reporter Ian Abrahams, Sir Alex Ferguson wants Pochettino to be United’s next manager:
