Revealed: What it would take for Manchester City to loan Raheem Sterling out in January
An insight into what it would take for Manchester City to loan out Raheem Sterling in January has been provided recently.
Sterling’s Manchester City future
The subject of Raheem Sterling’s future has been rampant in the media of late.
Towards the end of last season, Raheem Sterling fell out of favour at Manchester City and Sterling’s reduced role has continued into the 2021/22 season as well.
Across City’s last six league outings, he has started just one game, notching 39 minutes of action across the other five ties.
In turn, it had been speculated that Man City were resigned to losing Sterling and had set a price-tag of around £45-50m for the winger.
FC Barcelona were then linked with the Englishman, who was said to be open to a loan move to Catalonia.
