Rebecca Ferguson's Sci-Fi Masterpiece Is Officially Dominating Apple TV

Rebecca Ferguson backed out of the Mission: Impossible franchise after learning that her character wouldn’t have much to do in the final two installments. She made her debut in the blockbuster action series with Mission: Impossible — Rogue Nation and then became an invaluable part of Ethan Hunt’s team in Mission: Impossible – Fallout. But with Hayley Atwellstepping in to play Ethan’s love interest in the final two movies, Ferguson didn’t want to be relegated to a minor ensemble role. Her character, Ilsa Faust, was killed off in Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning. However, Ferguson has remained attached to the critically acclaimed Dune trilogy despite a reduced role to play.
