92% Rotten Tomatoes Star Wars Masterpiece Finally Gets Season 2 Return Update

For the first time in seven years, since the release of The Rise of Skywalker, Star Wars fans are heading to theaters to see a new adventure from a Galaxy Far, Far Away. The Mandalorian and Grogu is now playing in theaters around the world, and after opening with some of the most polarizing reviews of any Star Wars movie in history, the film is on track for franchise-low numbers at the box office. The Mandalorian and Grogu is receiving polar opposite reviews from the first Star Wars project of the year, though, which was Maul — Shadow Lord. The show holds a near-flawless 99% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, making it the highest-rated Star Wars show ever. Disney did pick up Maul — Shadow Lord for a second season, but there’s another highly popular and critically acclaimed series in the franchise that didn’t share the same fate.
