Keanu Reeves first rose to stardom with his early roles in classic action thrillers like Point Break (1991) and Speed (1994), but it wasn’t until the final year of the 1990s that he arrived as one of the biggest action stars in the world. Reeves headlined the first of three Matrix movies that were released back-to-back-to-back in 1999 and 2003, along with other stars like Carrie-Anne Moss (The Acolyte) and Laurence Fishburne (The Amateur).
