Julius Caesar's Role in New 100% RT Historical Epic Revealed
Roma Invicta! Latin for Rome, the Undefeated, was one of the mottoes of the Roman Empire until the Western Empire fell. However, at the height of its usage, one man contributed immensely to the belief that Rome was truly unconquerable. His name was Gaius Julius Caesar. Ancient Rome returns to television this December with the premiere of the new Spartacus spin-off, Starz's historical epic, Spartacus: House of Ashur. A sequel to the original Spartacus series, the show offers an alternate history that follows Ashur (Nick E. Tarabay), who is given a second chance at life, rising to power after he is not killed on Mount Vesuvius. Joining Tarabay on the show is Jackson Gallagher, who plays a younger, yet just as ambitious, Julius Caesar.
