Since Season 1, The Voice has courted an array of talent to coach the aspiring artists on the road to winning. But not every big-name singer has the opportunity or time to spend a season on set, so they swing by to serve as an advisor. The role of mentor or mega mentor allows the star to stop in and assist the coaches during their team's rehearsal.
