'Swamp Thing’s Short-Lived TV Show Deserved Better

DC’s cancelled Swamp Thing may be all but a distant memory in the minds of fans, but the DC Universe series by Gary Dauberman was arguably one of the best entries in the superhero streaming space during its run. The show premiered on the streaming service in May 2019 — and was promptly canceled within weeks of its airing. The cancelation, though, had little to do with the quality of the series itself, which was a polished confident foray into supernatural horror.
