Jurgen Klopp delivers Liverpool team news update before Arsenal as two stars yet to train with team
Liverpool vs Arsenal
Liverpool are back in Premier League action on Saturday evening when they take on Arsenal.
The Reds head into the game looking to bounce back from their 3-2 loss at the hands of West Ham in gameweek 11.
Arsenal, though, will likely prove a stern test for Jurgen Klopp’s side as they have not lost a game since before the September international break and could, with a win on Saturday, climb above the Merseysiders.
Jurgen Klopp on Liverpool team news
Before taking on Arsenal on Saturday, Jurgen Klopp has spoken to the press on Friday afternoon.
The German would discuss a number of topics in his press conference, including team news.
And it is fairly mixed for the Reds ahead of taking on Arsenal. Both Jordan Henderson and Andy Roberton are yet to train with the team yet and their involvement on Saturday looks to be a close decision.
Elsewhere, Sadio Mane is said to be good, but Fabinho came back from international duty late and Klopp is hopeful he can train today (Friday):
“So, Hendo and Robbo not trained with team yet, recovery/rehab stuff. Pretty close, a late decision.
“Sadio is good. Fab came back late and did a recovery session. I hope he can train today, that’s the plan.”
