Arsenal set for 10 million euro January move for the "Romanian Kylian Mbappe"
Arsenal struggle in attack
Despite sitting 5th in the current Premier League table, Arsenal have not had it all their own way this season.
In defence, they have conceded 17 goals, with 11 of those coming in three games against Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool.

Those results aside, the picture is of a defence that is keeping things tight against sides around them (6 goals conceded in 9 matches), but being blown out of the water by the bigger sides.
It is in attack, however, that the problems seem worse. The Gunners have scored just 13 goals in 12 games, and just 7 of those have come from open play, the second-worst in the division.
Worse yet, they rank second-bottom too for big chances created, suggesting that they are not even creating the opportunities to score the goals.

So, is a new striker the solution?
Arsenal ready to cough up 10 million euros on “Romanian Mbappe”
Apparently so.
Ianis Stoica, of FCSB in Romania, is the alleged target.

As per Romanian news outlet playsport the Gunners have been scouting the FCSB man for three months, and are looking to shell out for the man Football.London dub as the “Romanian Kylian Mbappe”.
Valued at £450,000 by transfermarkt, Stoica has provided 4 goals and 2 assists in 473 minutes of Romanian top-flight football, and scored twice on his only outing in the Romanian cup to date.
Arsenal are known to be in the market for a striker, but with young stars Gabriel Martinelli and Folarin Balogun already at the club, it was thought that it would be someone more experienced who came through the London Colney doors, with Dusan Vlahovic a previous target.
Would signing Stoica solve any of their issues?
